bulletCancellations—In consideration of our staff and other clients waiting for appointments, we ask for a 24-hour notice of cancellation.  We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments without a 24-hour notice.
 
bulletPunctuality—Please be on time for your appointment so that you may receive your full treatment and other clients are not inconvenienced.
 
bulletChildren—Guests visit the Spa to relax and enjoy their treatments in a peaceful, quiet environment.  Please be considerate and help us maintain this atmosphere.
 
bulletPrices—Rates and/or duration of services are subject to change without notice.
 
bulletGift Certificates—Gift certificates must be presented to Skin Solutions at the time of services.  Skin Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
 
bulletNew Client Check-In—Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment.  This allows time for a spa tour and questions that your spa technician will ask to insure the best possible treatment.
 
bulletCell Phones—To maintain the relaxing atmosphere of the spa, we ask that your cell phone be turned off during your visit.
 
bulletGratuity—Gratuities are accepted.  Please note that we do not include them in any of our services or packages.  Sorry, we cannot add them to credit cards.
 
bulletAppointments—When booking three or more services, we recommend calling at least three weeks in advance to insure the best time for you.
